Dr. Theo Lynn is a Lecturer in Management in the DCU Business School where he teaches at postgraduate level on Strategic Management. He is a session lecturer in the Law Faculty, UCD, where he teaches at postgraduate level in Corporate Finance Law and has lectured on Information Systems and Database Design at the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Lynn holds a PhD in Law from UCD. The title of his thesis was “The Irish Corporate Governance System and the Role of Irish Occupational Pension Funds as Institutional Monitors”. After receiving his BBLS degree from UCD in 1996, he graduated from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business with a First Class Honours MBS degree specialising in MIS.

Dr. Lynn has founded a number of companies incl. Enki Information Systems, Educational Multimedia Group and most recently Atomic Assets. He advises a number of domestic and international companies.

Dr. Lynn is a Deputy Director of LiNK with responsibility for applied learning technologies research and is the Principal Investigator on the Global Grid for Learning project.
